Job Summary
Two-person Flex Houseparent role on an on-campus student home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a fixed home placement. Requires a married couple, both ages 27+, with a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (must be legally married) for the two-person role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
