Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living on campus in student homes and providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and guiding daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts on a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home.
