Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. The role involves daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The position begins with a nine days-on, three days-off schedule, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is a two-person role for legally married couples (at least two years), with both spouses expected to participate in individual employment applications.
