Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on-campus with a group of 8–13 students in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role after an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle. Benefits include salary per person around $46,917 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a requirement that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older; both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
