Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role located on campus to care for a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from rotating nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent in a dedicated student home. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to lead devotions and attend chapel, and compliance with campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, and limited dependents).
