Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, transporting and engaging students in activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and budgeting/reporting. The role is a two-person, full-time position for legally married couples, involving living on campus with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle, and eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Required Qualifications
