Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School are couples living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel visits, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, then transitions to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse couple requirement
- Legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading student devotions and Judeo-Christian chapel attendance
