Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home setting. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Prohibited to have more than three dependent children in the student home
- Complete individual employment applications by both spouses for consideration

- Must be legally married for at least two years
