Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person married couple) needed for on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and planning of developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting/reporting, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and compliance with campus policies.
