Job Summary
Two-person married couple are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring roughly 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living in a student home with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
