Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmentally supportive and religious activities (devotions and Sunday Chapel), and overseeing household budgeting/reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed houseparent arrangement with the same student group.
