Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents needed to live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role involves supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as the same-student-home Houseparent. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; salary per person approximately $44,768 annually (about $168,000 total for a couple), plus housing and meals on duty. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two-year marriage minimum, both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies governing smoking, alcohol, and pet limits; both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
