Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The role involves living on campus in on-site student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a placed-houseparent arrangement.
