Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent living in a dedicated student home. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
