Two-person, married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in a student home in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and development-focused programming for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same student group; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
