Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time at Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role resident in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include overseeing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off schedules to a fixed student-home placement. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- Spouses must be age 27 or older
