Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time Flex Houseparents) needed for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to live in on-campus student homes and supervise/mentor 8–13 students per home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
