Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home as a Placed Houseparent. The position includes relocation to Hershey, PA, on-campus housing, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and commitment to a safe, alcohol-free campus.
