Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in student homes (8–13 students) to supervise, mentor, and support student development; responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule followed by placement in a single student home. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance is provided to Hershey, PA; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off, and paid training. Requires valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; no tobacco/alcohol on duty; safety and professionalism are emphasized.
