Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home in Livingston, MT, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and evolves into a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
