Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) for Milton Hershey School, located on-campus in Hershey, PA, responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role initially follows a nine-on/three-off schedule, with potential progression to a placed houseparent living with the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual employment applications.
