Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School for married couples. Live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, routines, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Benefits include full compensation per person (~$46,917) plus housing and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires prior experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; both spouses must complete individual applications and meet age and household restrictions.
