Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a cohort of 8–13 students in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. The role is a two-person, married-couple assignment with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, initially supporting various student homes and later transitioning to a stable, placed houseparent role. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, managing household budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a supportive, structured home environment that fosters academic, emotional, and social development. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance is provided, and both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
