Job Summary
Two-person, married couple will live on-campus in Eagle Mountain, UT, in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from a Flex Houseparent to a placed Houseparent, following a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couple role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
