Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Conduct daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services while overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license to operate student home vans. This role supports the academic, emotional, and social development of students from disadvantaged backgrounds at Milton Hershey School.
