Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, caring for 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from rotating nine-on/three-off duties to a fixed live-in home with the same group of students. Requires a married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and willingness to relocate; relocation assistance and paid training provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
