Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person team) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both age 27 or older. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training.
