Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Milton Hershey School homes, supervising 8–13 students, managing daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-consecutive-days-on duty schedule followed by three days off, and eventual placement in the same student home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. The role requires a legally married couple (both spouses) with at least two years of marriage, both 27 or older, and at least a high school diploma or GED. A valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to drive student home vans, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.
