Job Summary
Two-person married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on campus in a student home in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting/reporting. The role follows a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, with transition to a placed houseparent as the team remains with the same student group; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years married (two-spouse requirement)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
