Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a Full-Time, two-person couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, coordinate daily routines and activities, lead devotions and Chapel visits, drive students, manage budgeting and reporting, and transition from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a fixed home placement. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with relocation assistance; includes comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
