Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle during initial placement, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off; two-person couple required and both spouses must be employed individually. High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with restrictions on alcohol and pet policies.
