Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples living in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, managing routines, medications, and activities, driving students to activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning to a placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, health/dental/vision, retirement options, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old.”,
