Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex) at Milton Hershey School lead and supervise a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and activities, including driving students to activities, administering medications, budgeting, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule, with potential transition to a fixed student-home placement, and requires a legally married two-person team with both spouses completing separate applications; relocation to Hershey, PA is provided through relocation assistance. - No more than three dependent children in the home
