Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Schedule initially consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
