Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in student homes (Lake City, PA area) at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to a Placed Houseparent for the same group of students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions.
