Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex) reside on campus in student homes to mentor and supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple homes initially with a nine-on/three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a two-person married couple, with both spouses aged 27+, to work on campus in a structured, family-like environment; relocation assistance provided; benefits include comprehensive insurance and retirement savings; on-campus housing is provided. Responsibilities span daily supervision, activity planning, transportation, devotional leadership, and campus safety and wellbeing. Qualifications include youth experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to the school’s values; both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
