Job Summary
Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications and ensure student wellness, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Stable placed home with the same student group. This is a two-person, fully on-campus role requiring married couples, relocation to Hershey, PA, and a commitment to a family-like environment that supports students' academic, emotional, and social development. Both spouses must apply individually, and candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior experience working with youth.
Required Qualifications

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to model positive behavior
- Willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA and reside on-campus with students
