Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time Flex Houseparents) at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person married couple lives in on-campus student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a fixed student-home placement. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be age 27 or older and submit individual applications; roles emphasize student success, safety, and a family-like, structured living environment.
