Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents, Full-Time Flex role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, are two-person positions for legally married couples who will reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, routine management, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and chapel participation, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
