Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Couples provide supervision, mentorship, medications administration, transportation to activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, reporting, and planning developmental/recreational activities; initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a consistent student-home assignment. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided with comprehensive benefits and housing. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and the commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must apply independently and be 27+ years old.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year married partnership (two-person role)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
