Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles located on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring groups of 8–13 students, managing daily routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and reporting for the household. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED is required; must be part of a legally married couple for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older.
