Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA: a two-person, married-couple role residing on campus to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students across homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting.
