Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. The role emphasizes creating a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development and requires compliance with campus policies and a commitment to long-term student welfare.
