Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes near Hershey, PA, responsible for supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with progression to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768, with total compensation around $168,000 per couple), comprehensive insurance and retirement options, relocation assistance, and paid time off.
