Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and progresses to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married two-year couple for consideration, with both spouses age 27+, and adherence to campus policies.
Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse requirement for couples (married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
