Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) to live on campus and supervise 8–13 students in on-site homes on a full-time schedule. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role after an initial nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle. Requires experience with youth, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to uphold a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old, with a high school diploma or GED, and must complete individual applications.”,
