Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School seeks two married individuals to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, and supervision for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. The role begins with a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and ensuring student wellness.
