Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-Time Flex Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and care for groups of 8–13 students. The role is a two-person position for legally married couples (both spouses aged 27 or older) who will provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, developmentally appropriate programming, family-like routines, budgeting and reporting, and spiritual activities such as daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement into a single student home. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA; includes salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
