Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Flex) for Milton Hershey School: full-time, two-person couple role living in on-campus student homes (approx. 8-13 students per home). Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; will transition into a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
