Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time Flex Houseparents) for Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, evolving into a Placed Houseparent who lives with the same group of students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and ensuring student wellness.
